light, low stress comedy

I like this story. It's funny. The characters behave reasonably decently, no profanity or nudity, tho there is some suggestive stuff, which would likely go over a kid's head. It has a lot of action and suspense -- but cleverly without much in the way of scene changes; and not too horribly scary.
I got this because I was auditioning for a part in a local production. I didn't get a part, which was disappointing, but I enjoyed the story anyway.

Lend me some Humor!

I am not a big fan of this particular play its a lot like his other one "Moon over Buffalo' which I found more enjoyable. That said, it is a farce and most farces are very similiar I just didn't think it was all that funny. I may be a farce snob or just a complete idiot but I still prefer Ray Cooney when it comes to Farce. I do strongly believe this play can make money for a theatre.

Absolutely histarical!!

In searching for plays that our newly founded Community Theatre group could do, this play kept coming up in my searches for 'best comedic plays'. From the first few pages I was hooked and couldn't put it down. Mr. Ludwig writes a brilliant farce that is sure to bring many a laugh from audiences everywhere. Our group enjoyed it so much, we've decided to close our season with this play!
